In order to cancel/ change your booking, please call or email us. Cancellations and changes can only be made outside the 48-hour mark from when your booking commences. Anything within 48 hours of your stay will result in you having to pay the full amount for your booking.
There is no minimum night stay.
You will need to fly into the Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar. From here it’s an easy 30-minute drive to get to us!

For most countries travelling to Indonesia for tourism, you can enter the country with a free visa (VoA) for 30 days. (Check that your country is on the list here imigrasi.go.id/index.php/en/public-services/visit-visa). This visa is not extendable.
If you would like to stay in Indonesia for longer than 30 days, you will need to apply for a Visa well before you travel or pay for a visa upon arrival ($35 USD) that is extendable for up to 30 days. You will need to travel to the immigration office in Denpasar once in Bali to extend this visa.
IMPORTANT! Passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 (six) months as from the date of entry into Indonesia. Overstay fee is a $20 USD per day
Check in time is 2pm. Check out is at 12pm after mid day. Please alert us if you will be arriving at an unusual hour or if you think you will need a late check out. Late check out will incur a fee and is based on availability.
The currency in Indonesia is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 10,000Rp is equivalent to approximately $1 AUD.
There are numerous places at the Ngurah Rai International Airport at which you are able to change money. Otherwise there a myriad of currency change places in Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta and Legian.
Indonesia uses the two-pin (round, not flat or rectangular) socket and plug as used in larger parts of Europe. Cheap adapters are sold at many stalls and at Bintang Supermarket upstairs.
The weather in Bali is beautiful all year round. Our wet season is from October to April, however you will often find in this tropical climate it is likely that it will still be sunny for a good part of the day.

Yes, breakfast is included within the room rate. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements prior to arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Unfortunately there is no kitchen available for guest use at Kosone. We have a delicious restaurant with reasonably priced meals for any hungry guests. We also have tea and coffee facilities free of charge in the social hub.
The hostel is a short 10-minute walk from the beach (2 minutes by scooter).
